Dinner for one isn’t so bad, especially when good music and candlelight is involved.
I love creating something out of nothing, with pretty much everything in life. This meal was basically all other leftovers transformed into
Bow tie pasta with alfredo, baby portobellos, spinach, red peppers and roasted chicken.
The joy cooking and creating gives me is pretty indescribable.
Besides, Guinness kind of goes with everything :)
